Our Year 5 and 6 School Council members were delighted to join pupils from all the other DDAT schools at Derby Cathedral to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Derby Diocesan Academy Trust. It was a wonderful occasion filled with joy, reflection and spirit. During the service, a special moment took place as the beautiful DDAT quilt—created collaboratively by all the schools in the trust—was blessed. Each patch of the quilt represented a unique school, symbolising how we are all part of one family, united in learning, faith, and celebration.
